Information we collect
When you book a call or submit our qualifier form, we collect your name, email, company details, and project information you choose to share. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, browser type) and, with your consent, session-recording data to improve the site.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule calls, match you with vetted talent, send relevant follow-ups, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Analytics and session recording
To understand how visitors use the site, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads (for measuring ad performance) and Mixpanel. Mixpanel includes autocapture and session recording, which capture interactions such as page views, clicks, and form usage. We use this to fix problems and improve the experience — not to identify you personally. We do not intentionally record sensitive information you type, and we do not run these tools on our admin pages.
Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, we ask for your consent before starting session recording. If you decline, Mixpanel session recording is not enabled. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will prompt the consent choice again. You can also block cookies through your browser settings.
Third-party services
We use Calendly for scheduling, Intercom for live chat and support, and the analytics tools listed above. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data we share with them.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@hiring.co.
