Hiring.co

We're the hiring arm of a company that builds software for a living

Hiring.co is not a job board. We are a small, opinionated team that vets developers, matches them to products, and stays accountable through delivery.

Built inside DevelopingNow

Hiring.co is the developer-hiring brand of DevelopingNow — a company that has been building and staffing software products since 2017. We built Hiring.co because we kept solving the same problem for our own projects: finding senior developers who could ship without months of onboarding. Now we do it for other founders too.

You always know who owns your outcome

Every engagement runs through named people — not a support queue.

Hooman Hamzeh

Founder — Scoping & Sign-off

Hooman reviews every engagement before it starts. He scopes the project, signs off on the match, and stays accountable for the outcome.

Chloe Reynolds

Customer Onboarding

Chloe Reynolds onboards you after the match. She gets the first weeks set up, then checks in on output and whether you would keep the hire — so a problem surfaces while it is still small.

The team behind them

Project managers and tech leads who run delivery day to day — sprint planning, code review, and the standard your build ships against.

Ashish Nakoti

Project Manager

Ashish runs delivery on active engagements — sprint planning, scope, and the weekly rhythm that keeps a build moving.

Gopal Rathod

Project Manager

Gopal manages delivery across parallel engagements, keeping timelines, priorities, and client updates aligned week to week.

Hardik Patel

Tech Lead

Hardik leads technical delivery — architecture decisions, code review, and the standard the team ships against.

How we operate

01

Hooman Hamzeh — scopes your project

Hooman reviews every engagement before a developer is assigned. He joins the initial call, scopes the project, defines the skill profile, and signs off on the match. If something goes wrong later, he is the person accountable.

02

We match you — in days, not months

Most matches land within five business days. Every candidate has already cleared a live coding test and reference check. You can interview them or trust our vetting and start a paid trial week — your call.

03

Chloe Reynolds — handles onboarding

Chloe Reynolds onboards you once a developer starts. She makes sure access, tools, and the first weeks are clear, then checks in on output and whether you would keep them. She is the person who updates you on how the engagement is going.

The same discipline covers your codebase. You contract with us, not a freelancer, and nobody gets GitHub, Slack, or production access before an NDA is signed. What happens before repo access →

What we believe

Vetting is the product

Job boards sell access. We sell confidence. Every developer clears a live coding test, a reference check, and a paid trial week before they join your project.

Accountability beats promises

We put the nonperformance guarantee in writing because talk is cheap. If someone does not perform, we replace them at no extra cost. That is the commitment.

Your code stays yours

Work happens in your repo and your tools — never a side copy we control. Work product belongs to your company, and we hand over everything within one working day of the engagement ending.

Month-to-month earns loyalty

Long-term contracts protect the vendor, not you. Our clients stay because the work is good — Oaklo has been month-to-month for two years, The Rig Hut for even longer.

Tell us what you're building

Describe your product and where you are stuck. We will match you with vetted talent and quote a timeline — no long-term contract required.

Book a Call

NDA before anyone gets repo access. Chloe Reynolds stays on the account. How it works.
