The problem
MedMatch Network sits between PCPs, specialists, ancillary providers, and patients. EHR fax referrals lose patients in the shuffle. The platform needed secure record exchange, insurance pre-qualification, direct patient scheduling, and provider-to-provider messaging — all compliant with healthcare privacy requirements.
What we did
We staffed vetted engineers with healthcare integration experience onto MedMatch. They built the patient-facing app, provider dashboard, and referral automation workflow — including EHR interoperability hooks and the Digital Referral Script that walks a referral from PCP link to booked appointment.
