The problem
FileReadyNow set out to replace a stack of paid single-purpose apps — PDF compressors, image converters, beautifiers, calculators, and SEO checkers — with one fast, private platform. Each tool needed to feel instant, work on mobile, and respect a strict privacy story: client-side processing where possible, auto-delete on the server everywhere else.
