FileReadyNow · Browser-Based File Tools Platform
Sixty-five file tools live — PDF, image, and SEO utilities without a 20-person engineering org
The problem
FileReadyNow set out to replace a stack of paid single-purpose apps — PDF compressors, image converters, beautifiers, calculators, and SEO checkers — with one fast, private platform. Each tool needed to feel instant, work on mobile, and respect a strict privacy story: client-side processing where possible, auto-delete on the server everywhere else. The founding team could not hire a full in-house squad for every new format they wanted to add.
What we did
We placed vetted full-stack developers on the product month-to-month. They built a shared tool shell, reusable upload and download flows, and split workloads between in-browser processing and isolated server jobs for heavier PDF and media work. New categories — PDF, images, productivity, SEO — shipped on a weekly cadence without rewriting the platform each time.

The outcome
FileReadyNow now runs 65+ tools used by 100,000+ professionals, with most files finishing in under ten seconds. Users get PDF merge, WebP conversion, JWT decode, and calculator utilities from one bookmark — no install, no account required on core tools. The team keeps adding formats based on user requests without pausing the rest of the roadmap.
