Services
Hiring.co connects companies with vetted developers, designers, and AI experts. Specific terms — rates, timelines, IP assignment — are defined in your service agreement after the intro call.
Intellectual property
Work product created for your project under a service agreement belongs to your company, subject to the assignment language in that agreement.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided as-is. Our liability for use of the site is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Service-specific guarantees (including our nonperformance replacement policy) are defined in your service agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
